Returns are accepted only in the event of a Mistake or Wrong item received due to our error.
Our policy lasts 7 days to Mail the item back to us if a return is approved by Cake Toppers Boutique In the event that 7 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned goods such as Cake Toppers and Decorations Picks cannot be returned for safety of all customers as all these items are use in Cakes and Food Items.
Please do not send your purchase back without a prior approved email from us if item is sent back without an approved it will not be accepted.
In specials cases of an approved Return due to our mistake the item has to be returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted items shipped after 7 days of received, the package must be stamped by shipping company within the 7days of item been received by costumer If you need to exchange it for the same item as soon wrong item is received the new one will be send to your same address in your original order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You. will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
